What direction are we going on Fallbrook Street?

It’s been more than a week since Fallbrook Street got new directional arrow layouts in the center lane. They are supposed to be purposeful. Well, judge for yourself, they make no rhyme or reason - except for a few.

Whoever was in charge of supervising the placement of these arrows leaves a big question mark. Were the instructions legible? I want perfection.
