Consistency and service help Larez succeed

FALLBROOK — Century 21 Award agent Marilyn Larez has reached the highest levels of success by focusing on enriching the lives of her clients through quality service. Larez’s efforts have made her a two-time Centurion winner, Century 21’s elite distinction for agents whose production places them in the top two percent of all Century 21 agents.

In 2005, Larez opted to apply some of her quality service skills to helping agents in her office succeed at a higher level. Last summer, Larez was named assistant manager of Century 21 Award’s Fallbrook office.

“Marilyn Larez has built a sterling reputation for herself throughout Fallbrook and Northern San Diego County because she has consistently delivered quality service and superior results,” said Bob Hillery, Larez’s Fallbrook office manager. “Marilyn is a tremendous communicator who knows how to bring people together and achieve the best results, not only for her clients but with the agents in our office.”

For nearly 20 years, Larez has been a well-known figure in the local real estate market, coupling professional knowledge with local involvement to create a winning formula for her clients. Larez brings a unique multi-faceted approach to real estate that combines her experience in public relations, advertising, land and residential development, special events, investment, finance and construction. Her skills have not only allowed her to more effectively market her clients’ properties but have also helped many of her clients achieve their goals through creative solutions.

“I believe that purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions a person makes in his or her lifetime, so I take the responsibility my clients give me in helping them make that choice seriously,” said Larez. “I personally handle all aspects of the transaction to ensure quality, and actively help my clients long after the close of escrow to ensure they are 100-percent satisfied.”

Education is an ongoing focus in Larez’s regimen. Although she has been helping clients understand the market for years, her mentoring activities in the Fallbrook office have sharpened her skills further.

“Helping the new agents in my office has been so rewarding,” said Larez. “I like motivating people and showing them the amazing difference they can make through real estate. Our clients really are some of the best people around. I see my training of the next generation of Realtors as my way of ensuring that they get the quality they deserve, no matter who they contract with.”

Larez specializes in residential and land property. She is a licensed broker with membership in the local, state and National Associations of Realtors. To reach her for your real estate needs, please call (760) 917-5050 or e-mail [email protected].
