FALLBROOK — Four years ago, Sunshine Properties GMAC nominated Jim Sullivan and Lisa Cunningham for the National GMAC Rookies of the Year Award. Subsequently, they have doubled their business each and every year. Their performance for 2004 earned them recognition as “Top Producers.” They are the only GMAC agents to attain “Crown” status in the area. Jim and Lisa understand the meaning of “service” and give clients 24/7 attention. Lisa has been an independent entrepreneur since her teens. She developed successful businesses in diverse areas including an assisted living facility, building an interstate trucking firm and an electronics repair service business prior to forming the Goforth Team. Jim retired from a military career as a Navy Commander. He is a decorated war veteran who was commissioned from the enlisted ranks. He also owns an interest in Scratch Golf, a high-tech custom golf shop in Vista. Both have been successful real estate investors and when they joined forces their choice for a new career was obvious.
