Lloyd Team earns 2005 Centurion

In 2005, fewer than two percent of Century 21 agent teams worldwide will reach Centurion status, Century 21’s elite designation for teams that generate $270,000 in gross closed commissions during a calendar year. The number of teams that will reach that mark in less than five months is far smaller.

Century 21 Award has announced that the Lloyd Team, which consists of Charles & Marie Lloyd, Kimberly Cox and Janie Wagner, has reached Centurion status for 2005, putting them squarely on track for another year of record production.

“The accomplishments of the Lloyd Team are almost hard to fathom,” said Bob Hillery, who manages the Lloyd Team’s Fallbrook office. “Charles, Marie, Kimberly and Janie make an incredible team, and their talents combine to deliver world-class service to their clients. They have earned their success by doing things the right way for many years.”

Last year, the Lloyd Team earned Double Centurion honors from Century 21 Corporation. In February, the Lloyd Team was honored at Century 21’s International Convention in Orlando, FL, for their 2004 accomplishments.
