Schrimpf has rapid success at Coldwell Banker Landmark Group

FALLBROOK – Real estate agent Nancy Schrimpf is now affiliated with Coldwell Banker Landmark Group, and is combining modern technology and traditional techniques with great success.

Schrimpf currently has over $2.8 million sold or pending since April of this year and credits two specific things with her success: her support team at Coldwell Banker Landmark Group and her previous careers.

“Every Realtor brings strengths and weaknesses to the table,” said Schrimpf. “I am relatively new to real estate. That’s why I teamed up with Coldwell Banker Landmark Group here in Fallbrook. My office offers me literally centuries of combined experience, a mentor, a transaction coordinator and everything I need to mitigate the drawback of being less than a year in the business.”

“On the other hand, I have a significant background in Internet technology and am a trained, clinical social worker,” explained Schrimpf. “Because a huge percentage of buyers now begin their search for a home on the computer, my Internet background increases my clients’ chances of a successful buy or sale. But I’m not just techno-savvy. My years as a social worker have taught me to listen and problem solve. One client commented that everyone she had interviewed was either up-to-date with technology or a people person, but she thought I was both. I’m honored she thought so.”

Schrimpf’s current transaction closings show her techniques are working.

“We are delighted she has joined us here at Coldwell Banker Landmark Group,” said Chris Hasvold, owner/partner.
