FALLBROOK – Local real estate team Kim Carlson and Ken Follis said they were overjoyed when their inaugural client appreciation party turned out to be a huge success. The party was hosted at Follis’ Fallbrook residence on Saturday, Oct. 5.
When guests arrived, they were given character roles and received a professional photo in front of a stunning, black Pierce Arrow Limousine, which set the mood for the rest of the evening. Carlson and Follis hired Jest Murder Mystery to put on the comedic show, “Bullets in the Bathtub.”
During the show, members of the audience were called up at random to give their “two cents” on who committed the crime, and elaborate on what their roles were. The actors entertained the crowd with silly sayings and 1920’s jargon while all were served a delicious three-course dinner.
At the end of the night, guests were given a party gift; a small jar of Stonewall Kitchen Jam and attached to it was a tag that read “We Have Been Blessed by You – Kim Carlson & Ken Follis.”
When asked about their motivation for throwing such a big party the response was simple, “because we recognize the reason for our success and we wanted to honor our clients with an event to remember.” Carlson and Follis, with 60 years of combined successful experience, have a team slogan of “The experience you need, with the service and results you deserve.”
