Top Prudential California Realty agents lunch with David Sokol

Steve Games and Nyda Jones-Church, CEO and COO, respectively, of Prudential California Realty, recently invited David Sokol, chairman of HomeServices of America, Inc., to speak to a group of Realtors. More than 100 top Prudential California Realty agents and managers from throughout Southern California attended a special luncheon where they had the opportunity to meet Sokol and hear his thoughts on the 2005 real estate market and Prudential’s association with the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies. Prudential California Realty has been an affiliate of HomeServices of America, Inc., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc., since 2002.

Prior to the luncheon, Sokol met with members of Prudential California Realty’s management team in a special morning session. He discussed leadership and the importance of fairness, honesty and communication in running a successful company.

At the luncheon, Sokol discussed the national real estate market and his company’s interests in the industry, stating that Prudential California Realty is a great asset to HomeServices of America as their top-producing real estate affiliate.
