San Jacinto attic fire breaks out Sunday

SAN JACINTO - The cause of a house fire in San Jacinto was under investigation today, a fire official said.

The fire broke out shortly before 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the attic of a two- story home in the 700 block of Sweet Clover Court, said Cheri Patterson of the Riverside County Fire Department.

Firefighters contained the smoky blaze to the attic, she said.
