Fresh is the word at Caf

“In Here Coffee is a Way of Life,” reads a sign on the new Café Bravo located at 139 South Main Street in Fallbrook. Recently, Ryan Dalton of Café Bravo in Temecula teamed up with Fallbrook’s Jim Tudor and they came up with a great new location for a coffee café. The Inland Empire National Bank split its building and a new chic gathering spot was born!

The café welcomes patrons with the fragrant aroma of roasted coffee and is a hub of activity with a rush of patrons in and out the doors. Some guests settle down in the plush sofas or chairs to visit with friends or peruse a newspaper or book.

Café Bravo’s coffee is roasted at their Temecula location five days a week and used within four or five days of roasting. “It’s a fact that our coffee is superior,” said Ryan. “People need to come by and try it.”

Not just for hot coffee, the café also offers alternatives such as chai tea, apple cider, shivered coffee and iced coffee. What’s the difference between shivered coffee and iced coffee? A shivered drink is coffee served with shaved ice and iced coffee is served ‘on the rocks.’

The ‘Bravo Blends,’ which are roasted whole beans in packets, include fourteen different blends that feature coffee such as ‘Ethiopian Decaf,’ which is light with an almost wine-like flavor. Another delicious blend is the ‘Mezzonotte Decaf,’ which is an Indonesian blend — a rich, dark and full-bodied French Roast.

At this point the café offers a selection of pastries and cakes, but soon they will begin to serve sandwiches, yogurt and salads.

High-speed wireless Internet connections are available so you can work while you sip! “We have the fastest Internet connection within several miles,” said Ryan.

The café also offers an attractive conference room, which is available for business meetings. There is actually no charge for the room itself, but customers are required to purchase a $25 coffee gift card when reserving the room.

Ryan has secured the services of James Deveraux, an artist who is painting wall murals of what Ryan has termed ‘coffee art.’ The murals are works in progress at this point but promise to be unique artistic statements.

Café Bravo is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. every day of the week. They plan to expand hours to 9:00 p.m.
