Association looking for new football referees

NORTH COUNTY – The San Diego County Football Officials Association is looking for new referees. This is perfect for those who love the game of football and want to give back to the youth of San Diego County. It’s like a part-time hobby that also pays!

Those interested can sign up now for the 2014 football season as instructional classes begin July 9 at 7 p.m. at West Hills High School.

First year officials referee (youth) Pop Warner and AYF on Saturdays with the chance to move up to high school games by the end of the season.

No experience is required, just a love of the game of football.
