Special to the Village News SAN DIEGO - One of the last remaining northern white rhinos died in San Diego today, San Diego Zoo Global announced. Nola, 41, underwent surgery on Nov. 13 to remove a large abscess deep in her pelvic region, according to zoo PR representative Andrew James.
