    A vegetation fire has started at 1525 Rice Canyon Rd. The fire was reported at 5:08 pm as a result of a car accident. It was reported that when a car was being pulled from the area off the road, that a fire was ignited.     The Fallbrook Public Utility District board approved the purchase of a replacement scrubber for FPUD’s wastewater treatment plant.
