Authorities have cleared a traffic collision that briefly blocked the intersection at Pico and Mission Rd. early this morning. The incident occurred around 8:45 a.m. at the crossing of North Pico Avenue and Mission Road. On Tuesday, April 2, the county kicked off its 40th annual blood drive, an event that has grown to become one of the largest donor events of its kind in the region.
