    One person died and a second was critically injured when a 1953 vintage T-28B aircraft they were in crashed in Fallbrook, Saturday, July 23.     An obviously disgruntled woman made life non-peaceful for awhile last night near Alva Lane and East Alvarado Street. According to the San Diego County Sheriff Watch Commander, the woman drove onto someone’s driveway and started shouting. Then she had a knife and continued shouting.   • Combustible materials on condo balcony leads to damaging fire

    A condo in Bonsall had combustible materials on the balcony, July 19, which lead to a fire. A neighbor called the fire department with a report of smoke coming from the condo on Del Cielo Este in Bonsall. When firefighters arrived they saw the second story balcony on fire. As a result they brought fire hoses through the front entrance to the condo to start their fight against the balcony fire.     A road rage incident at SB I-15, just past Rainbow Valley Boulevard, happened early Monday morning when one or more of the occupants in a silver Mercedes shot at a Blue Dodge Ram Truck driver.   • Horse back on its hooves after brief break in Santa Margarita River

    After a morning of hot trail riding, a horse decided to take a break in the water of the Santa Margarita River. The only problem was, it couldn't get back up on its own. Riders called North County Fire Protection District for its help. NCFPD was on scene within a handful of minutes.     Monday's nasty fire at the Ecology Wrecking Storage facility off Airport Road in Oceanside has been knocked down and most of the smoke has dissipated, according to observations and spokesmen. Multiple agencies fought the fire, which started around 7 a.m. July 18 and included not only Oceanside, but Camp Pendleton, Vista and Carlsbad. HAZMAT and County Health also were at the scene.     A motorcycle vs vehicle collision at around 7 p.m. on July 13, by Turnagain Apartments on East Mission Road sent the motorcyclist to the hospital.     UPDATE North County Fire was called to the scene of a structure fire in the 1500 block of Via Vista in Fallbrook at 5:21 pm on Friday, July 8. The fire was in a detached garage. No one was displaced. According to a NCFPD spokesperson there were six engines, one ambulance, two battalion chiefs and the Fire Marshall on the scene.     Southbound I-15 and Highway 76 was the scene of a roll over accident Tuesday, July 5. According to the spokesperson for North County Fire Protection District, the sedan was traveling at high speeds when it left the freeway at Highway 76 and rolled over, coming to rest in the Park & Ride lot.
