    At 12:27 am Sunday morning, September 5, a fire was reported in the 2500 block of Rainbow Valley Blvd. at Everde Growers Nursery in Rainbow. "A building used for maintenance and greenhouse repairs was fully involved," said NCFPD PIO John Choi.     A traffic collision happened Saturday night, Sept. 4, at about 7:45 pm at Old Stage Rd and S. Mission Rd in Fallbrook. According to what an observer told the CHP, it was a green Honda Accord vs. a White Toyota Camry. According to the CHP report there were no injuries.     At 5:42 pm tonight a traffic collision was reported on E. Alvarado St. & Morro Rd. A witness stated he observed a pick-up that was heading west on Alvarado turning into Morro Drive and did not see a black Hyundai headed east. They hit head-on.     A traffic collision was reported 7: 14 pm tonight, Tuesday, Aug 31 for a single vehicle rescue collision that happened at the 1800 block of Green Canyon Rd, according to NCFPD PIO John Choi. PIO Choi said a Land Rover was reported to be traveling at high speeds, couldn't negotiate the turns and ran over two sets of fences before overturning.   • Three life-flighted from 395 rescue crash

    An accident was reported at 1:12 p.m. at Old 395 S. and SR 76. Rescue crews found that it was actually 1 1/2 miles north of there at Old Hwy 395 and Stewart Canyon. Cruisers arrived on scene and found a 2004 Champagne-colored Honda Odyssey over the side between Hwy 395 and the freeway. It had rolled off the road and landed at the base of a hill.     A fire was reported in DeLuz today at 12:53 pm. According to NCFPD PIO John Choi, CalFire was the lead agency assisted by North County Fire Protection District and Camp Pendleton. There was also helicopter support. The address was reported to be 38666 DeLuz Rd. Choi said, "There were no injuries and it isn't known yet how it started.   • Stolen car, possibly used in traffic pursuit, recoverd

    A Honda that was reported as stolen was found, processed and recovered near Meridia and Alturas Streets this morning. It was spotted by a Fallbrook deputy who who thought it was suspicious, according to San Diego Sheriff's Department Lt. Arens. Lt.     The San Diego Sheriff's ASTREA helicopter has been flying around Fallbrook. They are looking for a Hispanic 31-year-old woman wearing a pink shirt and black pants.     At 10:58 pm on Saturday night, Aug 14, in the 400 block of Ammunition Rd in Fallbrook, there was a 4-vehicle collision caused by a single sedan, according to NCFPD PIO John Choi. The sedan was driven by a young woman who hit parked cars. Her car rolled and she was said to be trapped but bystanders pulled her out before the fire department arrived.     Tonight, Aug 7, there were two accidents about one hour apart at 3950 S. Mission that involved DUI drivers, according to CHP Officer Juan Escobar.   • SR 76 open after 12-inch water main drenches vehicles

    SR 76 is open in both directions and water has been mitigated, according to NCFPD PIO John Choi. A 10-inch water line was broken and spraying water on SR 76 at I-15 northbound. Rainbow Water responded. People were being asked to avoid the area if possible.
