At 3:02 pm on Saturday, January 6, there was a rollover reported on SB I-15 just south of the Mission Rd. onramp in Fallbrook. “Six people were transported to local hospitals. Bonsall resident Michelle Mack was arrested On December 6, when federal agents raided Mack's residence, arresting her and seizing hundreds of parcels and a large quantity of alleged stolen goods. Mack is accused of orchestrating a national shoplifting operation targeting Ulta Beauty stores, resulting in over $8 million in stolen merchandise, according to Ulta. Disaster was averted early Sunday morning, Dec. 10, when some homeowner's dogs alerted them that there was trouble. Their residential structure fire started in the early morning at 2:50 am. NCFPD and CalFire responded to a car fire in the 800 block of Stewart Canyon this morning at about 9:30 am. It is unverified, but reported, that the fire spread to a home or structure. A Fallbrook Sheriff's deputy was involved in a two-car collision this morning. It was called in at 10:04 am at the corner of W. View St. and De Luz Rd. The other vehicle was a black sedan. A motorcyclist was transported with major injuries to Palomar hospital after being involved in a multiple-vehicle accident today, which was reported at 1:23 pm today, Wednesday, on S. Mission and Olive Hill Rd. A motorcyclist was reported as "down in lane." At 8:37 am this morning, Monday, North County Fire responded to the neighborhood around Elder Street between Shady Glen and Potter with the report of a gas leak. Apparently there was some construction and a line in the street was severed. The roads are closed, including Potter Street, Elder and Shady Glen. A utility pole snapped and lines were down on Tecalote Drive in Fallbrook in the early morning hours of Tuesday. The cause is suspected to be wind, but it hasn't been confirmed. At about 11 pm on Sunday night, a vehicle ran into a power pole causing an outage to eight homes near Alvarado in the 1700 block where the accident happened. A fire hydrant was also hit, causing a geyser. SDG&E reported that power would be fully restored by Monday at 4pm, however, some residents reported that power was restored before 4 am Monday and internet is still out. There was a fire reported at the old El Jardin restaurant property, 1561 S. Mission at 5:02 pm tonight. North County firefighters arrived on the scene to find the vegetation on fire outside the building. Deputies stated that it was more than likely started from a transient.
