According to the Sheriff's communication center she got separated from her family while in town and Anthony Campbell from AC Investigations found her at a bus stop and alerted deputies.     A solo vehicle accident at 6:45 pm tonight, Thursday, Feb. 17, occurred at Old Highway 395 and E. Mission Rd. in Fallbrook.     UPDATE: The fire at 40491 Gavilan Mountain Road was a fully engulfed motorhome. According to NCFPD PIO John Choi, "The structure was fully involved when crews arrived and was threatening a home under construction that was only 10 ft. away.
