BREAKING NEWS: "Deputies responded to a 911 call with a male and female heard screaming. Upon Deputy's arrival, a male was found in medical distress due to a possible drug overdose. UPDATE: The young man arrested last night Guillermo Macias, who may go by the name Mack, has a prior which is a felony. He is allegedly gang-related. He was arrested in 2017 for assault with force, great bodily injury likely, 254(A)(4) PC - Arrest date was 8-20-2017. He spent 90 days in jail, according to the Sheriff's department. This morning, Jan. 19, the county has been out cleaning homeless encampments near Jackie Heyneman Park, the Promenade and surrounding areas. It was the clean up and sanitation program within the Dept. Of Public Works that was out doing the work. At 10 am this morning, Monday, there were two traffic collisions being reported on the I-15 South near Mission Rd. An SUV is being reported on its side just north of Mission Rd. off-ramp and another grey Toyota Yaris in the center divide just south of Mission which is just a spin-out. Reports to CHP include: "The vehicle hydroplaned from the fast lane and overturned, landing on right-hand shoulder." A traffic accident, possibly between three cars, on I-15 S, near SR 76 was reported to CHP at 4:43 am. Authorities are on the scene trying to avoid a pile-up involving more cars. It seems a car was reported that was driving slow in the #1 lane and another vehicle braked to keep from hitting it, and another car rear-ended that vehicle. NCFPD and CHP are on scene of an expanded traffic collision and rescue. The traffic collision was reported on westbound SR 76 and Thoroughbred Ln. tonight, Wednesday, at about 8:40 pm. Oceanside police are asking for help finding a missing person Edgar, Edgar Cruz, 74-yrs-old. Cruz has Alzheimer's. He's a Hispanic male with black/grey hair, and brown eyes. He's 5'07" 150 lbs. Arizona's channel 3TV/CBS 5 has reported that a local man, 48-year-old David Stuart Clark Jr. of Bonsall, has passed away, apparently in a boating accident in Parker, Arizona in the Colorado River. The news channel reported that the family tried to find him the night before without success, but another boater found him the next morning with his boat near a rock formation. On August 7th at 8:47 pm, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department requested assistance from the NCFPD in the recovery of a missing person found in the Santa Margarita River in the 2500 block of North Stage Coach Lane. A body had been found in the river and SDSO requested help retrieving him out of the water. The call was upgraded to a full water rescue response when it was discovered that the person was still alive. Fallbrook Sheriff Deputies responded to a radio call to investigate the report of a male who was shooting children with a BB gun and had punched out a window at an address in the 900 block of Buena Capri at 6:30 p.m. August 1, in Fallbrook. At 3 pm today, Friday, August 5, there was an accident on East Mission at Santa Margarita Road. CHP reported a sedan vs. a motorcycle. The accident was affecting traffic with debris in the eastbound lanes. It appears the small sedan was hit as it was coming out of the Shell gas station driveway and the motorcycle hit the side of the vehicle at approximately 25 mph.
