    RAINBOW - A 19-year-old man was arrested early today for allegedly hosting a party while his parents were away at which a fight broke out that involved at least 50 people.     PALOMAR MOUNTAIN - Several vehicles in Palomar Mountain State Park and other county mountains became stuck today, January 1, in the frozen glop left over from a passing winter storm.     SAN JACINTO (Wire Service) - A man suspected of snatching letters and other items out of residential mailboxes in San Jacinto was arrested Monday, Dec. 31.
