SAN JACINTO (Wire Service) - A man suspected of snatching letters and other items out of residential mailboxes in San Jacinto was arrested Monday, Dec. 31. Enrique Medel, 34, of San Jacinto was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of stolen goods and booked into the Smith Correctional Facility in Banning.
