    Wayne Warren King died December 14, 2013 in Fallbrook. He was born July 12, 1932 in Missouri. Wayne enjoyed an illustrious career as a proud and loyal Marine, as well as a teacher for many years following his departure for the Marine Corps. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. Wayne is survived by his children, John, Wayne, Debbie, and Sandra; niece, Joanne; his great-nephews, Jack and Patrick; and his grandchildren.     The Dec. 3 meeting of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors included a 5-0 vote to approve midyear budget adjustments based on fund balances for the first quarter of fiscal year 2013-14 and revenue received since the 2013-14 budget was approved.
