    The Bonsall Unified School District (BUSD) board approved a proposal from Hernandez Environmental Services to provide focused biological surveys at the Gird Road property the district plans to use as the new location for Bonsall High School.     Simpson Sandblasting and Specialty Coatings has been awarded the contract to re-coat the Fallbrook Public Utility District's (FPUD) one million gallon reservoir in De Luz. A 5-0 FPUD board vote Nov. 21 awarded the contract to Simpson Sandblasting for the Fontana company's bid amount of $332,285.
