    HEMET - A man who allegedly tried running down gang officers at a fast-food restaurant in Hemet and then led authorities on a high-speed chase on the Moreno Valley (60) Freeway remained behind bars today, the Hemet Police Department reported. Nicolas Stuart Conrad Kelly, 24, of Hemet, was arrested Friday and was later booked for suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer, felony evading and committing a felony while out on bail.
