RIVERSIDE - The Riverside County Sheriff's Department added $334,552 to its budget today in support of operations aimed at assisting victims of domestic violence and human trafficking, thanks to a unanimous vote by the Board of Supervisors. Dean Leonard Cadwell, 83, of Camarillo, formerly of Canoga Park and Fallbrook, went to be with his Lord in Heaven on Monday, December 30, 2013 after a brief battle with cancer. Dean was born on March 12, 1930, to Vern and Veryl Cadwell in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. He loved the casual western lifestyle of rodeos and cowboy boots.
