Recently released statistics from the San Diego Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement (SAFE) Task Force show that registered sex offenders living in the Fallbrook/Bonsall area received twice the number of visits from law enforcement officers in 2010 compared to 2009. “It’s a matter of letting them know that we are watching them,” said Sheriff’s Detective Dan Laibach.
