    MENIFEE - A 22-year-old Menifee woman was killed today when she lost control of the Rhino off-road vehicle she was driving and it rolled over, according to the sheriff's department. Along with a male passenger, Elizabeth Jonsson was driving east Garbani Road past Bradley Road in Menifee at about 3:05 a.m. when she lost control and struck a dirt embankment, said sheriff's Sgt.     IDYLLWILD - The government is waiving Adventure Pass fees in the San Bernardino National Forest and in other national forests around Southern California through Monday, partly in honor of Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday.     SAN JACINTO - Authorities today sought the gunman who robbed a San Jacinto market and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, and briefly caused lockdowns at four schools, the sheriff's department said.
