Rainbow Municipal Water District (RMWD) released a statement today advising district ratepayers that an increase in the theft of backflow devices has been experienced. RIVERSIDE - Two underage girls were rescued and 15 people were arrested during a two-night sting to combat sex trafficking in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, the FBI announced today.
