    SAN JACINTO - An ex-con accused of spraying a store security guard in the face with Mace when the guard tried to stop the suspect's girlfriend from shoplifting was behind bars today.     An 18-year-old Fallbrook woman was rescued from her vehicle after driving it off the edge of State Route 76 and down into a ravine Thursday morning, January 19.
