    A residential structure fire was reported early this morning a 1:13 am at 231 N. Wisconsin Ave in Fallbrook. North County Fire responded to multiple reports. "We responded and found a fully involved chicken coop had caught fire and extended into the garage of a 2-story residence converted to a multi-unit home.     A 4.1 magnitude earthquake rocked Southern California at about 9:45 am today. The quake was centered 5km WSW of Palomar Observatory in San Diego County and 17 miles southeast of Temecula. People reported feeling the quake as far north as Victorville and Santa Clarita and as far south as Tijuana, Mexico, according to the "Did you feel it?" page on the USGS website.     SAN DIEGO - Four men, ages 20-24, were arrested today on suspicion of felony vandalism when they allegedly caused the San Diego Zoo's Skyfari gondola to be stuck for about an hour, the San Diego Police Department said.
