    The body of the missing Oceanside woman, Sara Celeste Otero, age 28, was reported to be found by law enforcement, Feb. 8 near Camp Pendleton. At about 3 pm Tuesday, Oceanside police reportedly found Otero's Subaru Outback at Vista View Point parking lot. Her body was then found at 4:08 pm Tuesday at the base of the cliff in a restricted area just west of Camp Pendleton. Foul play is not suspected.     Two Fallbrook businesses were robbed by an armed masked bandit. The first was a T-Mobile, last Friday, Feb. 4, in the early evening, at 840 S. Main Avenue. The next evening, Saturday, Feb. 5, possibly the same bandit, robbed the C&C Discount clothing store. It is assumed that the bandit was on foot. The man was pulling into a traffic lane in the 400 block of North Twin Oaks Valley Road shortly before 6:30 a.m. when a northbound 1999 Toyota 4Runner sport utility vehicle struck his 2001 Honda Civic, sending it crashing into a late-model BMW 328i, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.     Part of South Mission Road was completely closed to through traffic all day Thursday, Feb. 3, and a good part of Friday, Feb. 4.
