The San Diego County Board of Supervisors approved an amendment to a subdivision improvement agreement for a 13-lot subdivision in the Pala Mesa area. The supervisors’ 5-0 vote January 26 replaces the existing security bond amount with bonds reflecting completion of some of the required infrastructure improvements. The County of San Diego will be sponsoring state legislation to provide a permanent funding source for graffiti abatement programs. The County’s Traffic Advisory Committee voted unanimously to recommend placing the intersection of East Mission Road and Santa Margarita Drive on the county’s Traffic Signal Priority List.
