    PAUMA VALLEY - A Harley-Davidson motorcycle rider who lost a leg in a collision on state Route 76 near Rincon was hospitalized today.     SAN JACINTO - A San Jacinto man allegedly barged into girlfriend's ex-boyfriend's house and briefly fought with him, but was behind bars today, a sheriff's sergeant said.
