    PERRIS - A fire damaged a Perris mobile home this afternoon, but no injuries were reported, according to the Riverside County Fire Department. The blaze was reported around 1:50 p.m. near the intersection of Markham Street and Webster Avenue, near the Moreno Valley city limits. A fire department spokeswoman said four engine crews, numbering around a dozen personnel, arrived to find the unoccupied structure aflame.     Authorities with the San Diego County Sheriff's Dept. have reported that three people were arrested this morning (Thurs., Feb. 6) during a zero tolerance parole and probation sweep in Fallbrook dubbed "Operation Guacamole VIII".
