    Ken Kalbfell was selected to fill a vacancy on the Fallbrook Airpark Advisory Committee. A 5-0 San Diego County Board of Supervisors vote January 29 placed Kalbfell on the committee to replace Joe Fedorchak on the five-member advisory committee.
