    Last Wednesday, February 1, the Fallbrook varsity boys soccer team (12-4-6 overall/4-1 league) hosted the Vista Panthers. The Warriors lost the game 2-1. Fallbrook played a decent game but Vista was up for the challenge with few mistakes and lots of hustle. Fallbrook began the game with an offensive rush and took three shots on goal in the first 13 minutes. Chris Toth had two saves, keeping the score 0-0.     BONSALL — Sullivan Middle School in Bonsall held their Fifth Annual Library Art contest last week. This year’s theme was to create a book title, create an author and illustrate a book cover using both. The entries could be any size and use any medium.     Last Friday, Fallbrook High had our first after-school pep rally in the quad and it was a complete success! The pep rally was a fun-filled afternoon involving the anticipated “Spartan” cheerleader routine with Kristine Witscher and Mark Larson, the introduction of the varsity (boys and girls) soccer and (boys) basketball teams.     The County of San Diego has authorized the issuance and sale of up to $9 million of Bonsall Union School District general obligation bonds. The 5-0 Board of Supervisors vote January 31 authorizes the first issuance of the bonds approved by the school district’s voters in the November 2005 election.     On the evening of February 2, deputies from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department conducted a minor decoy operation with a 17-year-old teenager by having him enter ten different Fallbrook business establishments and attempt to purchase alcohol.
