    JURUPA VALLEY - Deputies arrested a Jurupa Valley man, his brother and his son on suspicion of animal cruelty and illegal gambling after finding evidence of cockfighting at the man's residence today, according to a sheriff's department spokesman.     IDYLLWILD - An injured hiker spent a chilly night in the San Jacinto Mountains before her rescue today, the county sheriff's department said. The hiker, whose name and hometown were not released, hurt her leg about noon Saturday on the Wellman's Divide Trail near Idyllwild and called authorities for assistance, according to sheriff's Sgt.
