    NEWest Construction has been given a construction contract which will allow the addition of an emergency generator at the Fallbrook Public Utility District's (FPUD) Donnil Pump Station in De Luz.     SAN DIEGO COUNTY – The San Diego County District Attorney’s Office, local law enforcement officials and the San Diego City Attorney have signed an agreement that outlines a coordinated community response on how to handle strangulation cases.
