    SAN DIEGO (CNS) - An airport weather warning has been issued for San Diego International Airport by the National Weather Service today until 5 p.m. for sustained winds of 25 knots or greater and gusts up to 30 knots. Winds are expected to diminish this afternoon, but gusts of up to 35 knots will likely remain until 5 p.m., according to the NWS.   • Man hurt in traffic collision involving building

  • Wellness Center completion put on hold

The architectural plans ordered last year by the board of directors of the Fallbrook Regional Health District include major remodeling of the main building into a modern multi-purpose room.     At 6:49 am this morning a suspicious person was reported to the Sheriff's Department in the 1000 block of S. Mission Rd. in the parking lot containing Kentucky Fried Chicken, Winchell's, Dominoes, and Rosa's. At 8;22 am another call was received about vandalism. The local businesses are working to clean up what's left from a man that was walking around destroying concrete trash receptacles and vandalizing the area.   • Suspected shooter pleads not guilty to Fallbrook murder

    VISTA (CNS) - A 76-year-old man accused of shooting three people in Fallbrook last week, one of whom died, pleaded not guilty today to murder and attempted murder counts. Enrique Barajas is accused in Friday afternoon's shooting of three people at Atkins Nursery. Police allege Barajas and the victims all worked at the nursery, and one of the wounded victims was Barajas' 47-year-old daughter. Barajas, who remains jailed without bail, faces up to 114 years to life in state prison if convicted of all counts, according to the... Full story

    Around 2 pm today, February 15, six Sheriff's cars were combing downtown for a suspect who was called in as waving a shovel in a threatening manner. The call was a 417 DISPLAY OF WEAPON IN A THREATENING MANNER near N. Vine St and E. Ivy.
