    RIVERSIDE - The wife of Riverside County District Attorney Paul Zellerbach was arrested today on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription drugs after crashing her car into a tree.   • Father arrested in death of 7-month-old son

    VISTA - Arraignment is scheduled today, Tues., Dec. 16, for a man arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the death of his 7-month-old son. Stanford Morocho, 22, was arrested Friday, Dec. 12, after the baby was pronounced dead at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. The exact cause of the infant's death was under investigation.   • Deputies arrest two in probation compliance operation

    During a recent probation compliance operation, deputies from the Fallbrook Sheriff's substation arrested two individuals. According to Sgt. David Pocklington, the operation took place on Mon., Dec. 15, from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Fallbrook. The goal was to contact probationers and verify that they were abiding by the terms of their releases from county jail.     SAN DIEGO COUNTY - The San Diego County Sheriff's Department has announced that it is joining law enforcement agencies across the nation for the Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign to stop impaired driving this holiday season.     SAN DIEGO - The San Diego City Council agreed Mon., Dec. 15 to waive up to $1.5 million in fees to help the Padres bring baseball's All-Star game to Petco Park in 2016. The Padres submitted a bid to Major League Baseball last month to host the annual contest, which is normally held in the middle of July.
