MURRIETA - A probationer whose drunken driving triggered a two-car crash near Lake Elsinore that killed an 18-year-old woman is slated to be sentenced today at the Southwest Justice Center in Murrieta. SAN DIEGO - Plans for the creation of a unified school district in the North County community of Bonsall are scheduled to be considered by the San Diego County Board of Supervisors at its Feb. 26 meeting, according to documents posted online today, Feb. 19.
