    BONSALL — Sullivan Middle School had a record 59 entries for the 2008 Library Art Contest. Students had to create their own book covers for the contest. The student body voted for their favorites and teachers Melissa Gregg, Leslie Burgener and Gordon Ray juried the artwork anonymously. Finalists enjoyed a pizza awards lunch in the library, where they were presented with ribbons and cash prizes. First prizes were $15, second prizes were $10 and all other prizes were $5.     FALLBROOK — Kindergarten students from St. Stephen Lutheran School recently delivered a donation to the Fallbrook Food Pantry. The students gathered more than 100 cans of food in a food drive they held after the first 100 days of school this year. Jackson disclosed on February 13 that he and a team of legal experts he has hand-selected from throughout the county will represent victims of the Rice Fire in what will most likely be a Mass Tort Class Action lawsuit, with the intention of proving San Diego Gas & Electric Company’s liability in the tragedy.     In the early morning hours of February 7, 16 members of the San Diego County Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement Team (SAFE) conducted an audit of the 39 registered sex offenders in the Fallbrook/Bonsall area.     Paul and Kathleen Stiles of Fallbrook recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. The couple was married on February 1, 1943, in Dallas, TX. Paul attended college and was commissioned in the US Navy as a Naval Aviator. After WWII, he served in the Reserves and eventually retired as a Lt. Commander.
