Fallbrook Sheriff's detectives utilized their connections with law enforcement officers in the bordering counties of Riverside and Orange to find the suspects that had stolen money and credit cards from two teachers at William H. SAN MARCOS - Groundbreaking is scheduled today for a $40 million project that transportation planners hope will be the first step in clearing up a bottleneck on state Route 78 that has become the worst in San Diego County. The main part of the work will be to replace the Nordahl Road overpass, which will allow the freeway to be widened near the San Marcos-Escondido city limits, said Hayden Manning of Caltrans. LAKE HEMET - A man was found dead today at the Lake Hemet Campground, but foul play is not suspected. The body of 48-year-old Daniel Raridon of Hemet was discovered shortly before 8 a.m. at the campground at 56570 Highway 74, just south of Mountain Center.
