The county's Planning Commission has recommended that the San Diego County Board of Supervisors approve changes to the county's general plan and Zoning Ordinance intended to promote agriculture in unincorporated San Diego County. Theft from vehicles in Fallbrook increased from December to January, according to Sheriff's Crime Prevention Specialist Jake Kruger, who works out of the Fallbrook substation. "There's been an increase in that sort of crime, and we want people to be aware of it," said Kruger. David Wallace Ransberger was born in Cleveland, Ohio on October 6, 1931 at the age of 85. He passed away on February 14, 2017 surrounded by his wife and daughters. FALLBROOK – The San Diego Blood Bank will accept blood donations at Albertsons on Monday, Feb. 27, from 1 to 6 p.m. The drive will be held in the parking lot at 1133 S. Mission Rd.
