SAN DIEGO - A frigid winter storm drenched and frosted the San Diego area for a second day today, delivering more heavy rain and mountain snow before moving out of the area in the late morning. SAN DIEGO - A cold storm is set to move into the San Diego region, and should bring colder temperatures, gusty wind, rain and snow to some areas Monday, according to the National Weather Service. SAN JACINTO - A San Jacinto man reportedly fired a gun into the air several times today during a late-night fight and was arrested, a sheriff's department spokesman said. Ruben Clause, 31, of San Jacinto, was booked into the Larry D.
