    HEMET - A murder victim who suffered traumatic injuries has been identified as Jorge Luise Cifuentes, authorities said today. The body of Cifuentes, 22, was discovered around 3:05 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Soboba Road and Chabella Drive in Hemet, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Jeff Buompensiero said.
