Fallbrook Library will be offering more “Basic Library Computer Skills” classes next month. The tutoring sessions will now be held every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:45 to 9:30 a.m. at 124 South Mission Road. The classes are free but signups are required in advance. Chef Hector Minon will serve as ‘Guest Chef’ on a few upcoming evenings at two Fallbrook restaurants – Trupiano’s Italian Bistro and Le Bistro. Minon will prepare a special six-course dinner for each evening. The special dinner events will be March 3 and April 7 at Le Bistro and March 25 and April 29 at Trupiano’s. Fallbrook Players is proud to donate more than $2,000 to the furriest fire victims and the Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary. Grady H. Andrues, 98, passed away February 19, 2008, in Fallbrook, CA. Born October 14, 1909, in Margaret, TX, he was a six-year resident of Fallbrook. Carlton Gardner, 90, passed away February 24, 2008, in Vista, CA. He was born March 14, 1917, in Los Angeles. Mr. Gardner served in the US Army Air Corps during WWII.
