    John Hansen with Troop 725 has completed his Eagle Project at the Bonsall Preserve, adding another 20 foot of boardwalk to the wetland and riparian habitat.     A state grant for beverage container recycling programs will be implemented at 21 low-income multi-family apartment and condominium complexes throughout unincorporated San Diego County, including 12 complexes in Fallbrook The California Department of Conservation provided a Muiltifamily Beverage Container Recycling Grant Program award of $126,000 to the County of San Diego for a two-year period.     An early morning fire has destroyed a portable unit at the Animal Friends of the Valley Shelter in Lake Elsinore. The fire was contained to one unit known as the puppy trailer. According to reports all animals in the portable unit died in the fire. The incident was reported at 5 a.m. when firefighters arrived was described as fully involved.
