    Greater Fallbrook projects benefiting from the county’s second-quarter budget adjustments include a satellite Code Enforcement office, various parks and open space preserves, and Fallbrook Community Airpark. The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted February 26 to increase 2007-08 appropriations by a net amount of $5,814,376.     Concerns about the revised Transportation Impact Fee (TIF) ordinance are slated for review during March, but the new ordinance reducing commercial and industrial fees and adding new exemptions will take effect April 28.
