    FALLBROOK – A 25-year-old Fallbrook man perished as a result of crashing into a concrete mixing truck in Temecula on Feb. 26. The man, identified as Cort Hedrick, was pronounced dead at Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar at 1:40 p.m., the Riverside County Coroner’s office reported.
