    Authorities have said the cause of a blaze in the attic of a Fallbrook home in the 2800 block of Forbell Place today was due to an attempt by the residents of the home to eradicate a bee hive.     SAN DIEGO (Wire Service) - San Diego’s home prices fell 0.7 percent between November and December (2011), according to the Standard & Poor’s Case-Shiller Home Price Indices released Feb. 28.
