She worked at Coachella Valley County Water District for over 20 years (most of that time as Secretary of the Board of Directors), before moving to Fallbrook in 1964.     The County of San Diego’s Traffic Advisory Committee recommended against a posted speed limit for Green Canyon Road at the TAC’s June 3 meeting.
